About Me
Hi, I'm Jess! One of the bravest things a person can do is ask for help. If you are here, you have already made a courageous decision to reach out for support. Maybe you are feeling stuck in the cycle of anxiety or the endless spiral of thoughts about body image, food, or exercise. Maybe you have been in therapy before or this is your first time, my role is to walk alongside you to navigate this process and answer any questions you may have.
I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado focusing on individual psychotherapy. I became a therapist because I learned myself that change is possible and that therapy can be a powerful tool for personal growth. To embark on this journey we must first feel seen, understood and accepted for all of the parts which make us human. My approach is meeting people where they are and finding a way to walk alongside them to move closer to their values. I approach life and therapy with compassion and humor and deeply enjoy working with individuals to reach their goals.
I work with adults, teens, and families who struggle with Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Body Image Distress, identity issues, and life transitions.
You will most likely see my pup Margot during sessions!
